Our board is an influential group of friends, family, colleagues and community members that have a significant connection and commitment to our vision. To know any one of them is to know the heart behind 4those. Meet our current team!

Stephanie Hauser, President and Executive Director

Outside of running 4those, Stephanie is the writer and host of The Zev Project Podcast, which first tells the story of her son Zev, born at 23 weeks, and the incredible and impossible odds he fought to overcome and the hope they reclaimed in the process. 4those is a specific way to extend this impact to families facing the same difficult circumstances, encouraging them in their own journeys to believe in possibility, reminding them that there is beauty and abundance to be had along the hard road.

Stephanie lives in northern Colorado with her family, co-owns FOX•DOG COFFEE, a local coffee shop that focuses on loving and serving its community, and is a member of Renegade Global, a diverse group of powerful, innovative women in the corporate and entrepreneurial spheres, and Women of Consequence, a supportive group of professional women who help identify and promote one’s deeper purpose.

Ben Hauser, Vice President

Ben is the owner of FOX•DOG COFFEE, a local coffee shop in Erie, Colorado, that aims to love, serve, and inspire the community by creating a space of belonging and connection. Through the coffee shop, Ben has been a part of numerous fundraising and giving campaigns for local nonprofits.

In the past, Ben was Program Director for a student camp in Kansas that focused on connecting students with nature in community. He has worked with kids of all ages including volunteer support staff for organizations like YoungLife and various churches. He currently lives in northern Colorado with his family.

Alli Bowdey, BSE, BSN

Alli Bowdey is happy to be a part of 4those as it finds innovative ways to provide support (and fun!) to past preemies and the parents and families who love them. When not sipping a hot drink over a good book, Alli works as a nurse and tries to find ways to volunteer at her boys’ schools expressly to spy on the social lives of the modern-day 10 and 12 year old. She also finds time for hiking, travel, and spending time with family and friends, and especially with her biggest fan, Chewie, a who-knows-how-old rescue Chihuahua who wishes he could join her for for every moment of the day.

Ross Bowdey

Ross Bowdey has created multiple successful businesses and run various networking campaigns in his local community and beyond. With a background in finance, and currently position as a director at a large property management company, Ross brings a unique skill set and scalable strategic insight for the long-term and day-to-day operations of what will make a venture of this size possible and fruitful.

Ross is well-connected within and beloved by his community, and lives in northern Colorado with his family.

Tracy Brown

Tracy Brown is the host of The Wild Goose Podcast, which presents narrative offerings and invitations to connect with and hear from God in intimate ways. She is a spiritual warrior, revealing the deeper truths around calling, potential, and purpose for others. She is a mentor, friend, volunteer, and advisor in her community, with a profound connection to storytelling and spiritual/emotional healing. Her ministry is vast and radically impactful.

Tracy currently lives in northern Colorado with her husband and three amazing kids.

Catherine Tenedios Hayes

Catherine is a Colorado Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s Degree in Developmental Psychology from the University of Oregon. She also has an advanced certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy for the Denver Family Institute, and is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy. She is currently a practicing therapist for her own private practice, Catherine Tenedios Hayes Counseling.

Catherine is a nature-lover, crafter, trader, dog-lover, a beginner pickle baller, and a mother of two adventurous girls. You will find her and her family adventuring on bikes, camping, making art, or snuggled up reading books.
